St Doolagh’s Care & Rehabilitation Center provides specialist Acquired Brain Injury Care for adults with acquired brain injury (ABI) and other neurological conditions once they are discharged from the hospital, medically stable and requiring secondary rehabilitation or long-term care. Many such individuals continue to experience physical, cognitive, emotional and social interpersonal challenges.
ABI care can be provided on both a short term basis when a patient is released from hospital or rehabilitation center or on a more permanent basis as required. Many such individuals continue to experience physical, cognitive, emotional and social interpersonal difficulties and find it hard to identify skilled personnel who can help them with the next step in moving forward.

Our Professional Teams
Our homes are led by our Directors of Nursing who manage and help our team of highly-skilled professional nurses, carers and other home staff.  They work closely with multidisciplinary teams of doctors, physiotherapists, social workers, dieticians, speech and language therapists as appropriate.
