The addition of Elm Green Nursing Home will see the group expand to 12 facilities across 6 different counties: Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Louth, Cavan and Kilkenny. Elm Green being part of the Trinity Care Group will operate under the Care Home Specialists DomusVi, the largest specialist Healthcare REITs in Europe.
Elm Green Nursing Home offers both Nursing Home Care and Assisted Living Care. Located in one of Dublin’s greenest suburbs, the home enjoys lovely leafy surroundings with stunning views where residents are supported in living their life to the fullest.
