HEALTH AND WELLBEING
Our activity coordinators provide carefully designed activities to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs and preferences of all residents. Activities can include but are not limited to; exercise and physical therapy, arts and crafts, gardening, pet therapy, music and theatre, beauty and external trips. The activity programmes also bring together our community including the residents, staff, family members, friends and the local community.
Nutritional requirements and dietary health are all carefully factored into our meals and menus are nutritionally analysed to support the promotion of healthy eating. Our experienced Chefs prepare fresh, seasonal ingredients to optimize both nutrition and taste. There is always a choice available everyday and the likes and dislikes of residents in our home is reflected in all our meal planning.
