Trinity Care is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities.
We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. To assist us in this process, we have hired Ipedis to perform a complete accessibility audit of our website, including both automated and manual testing.
This accessibility statement applies to Trinity Care website.
COMPLIANCE STATUS
The Trinity Care website is not compliant with WCAG 2.2 Double-A (AA) level due to the non-conformities and deviations listed below.

The compliance audit carried out by Ipedis reveals that the compliance rate is 47,37%:

Non-compliance
Several elements of non-compliance are described in this document, some of which are recurrent on several pages:
- The "Trinity Care" logo in the header and footer does not have a relevant textual alternative that is rendered by the screen reader.
- The main content region of some pages has not been defined using the proper HTML element.
- The label of some form fields is not properly associated to the field.
- The hierarchical layout of the headings does not accurately represent the logical level and importance of the content.
- Some lists have not been properly implemented.
- HTML presentation attributes have been used in the source code.
- Empty <p> tags are present in the source code of the document.
- The current page is given only by the position of the element in the breadcrumb component.
- The fields in the contact form do not possess autocomplete attributes with the corresponding values.
- Some links can be confused with normal text, as no visual indication are provided.
- Some texts do not have a sufficient contrast ratio with respect to their background.
- The background-color and color properties have not been defined for some parts of the web pages.
- Some contents are unreadable when the text is resized to 200%.
- There are no skip links, allowing user to navigate directly to the main content of each page on the website.
- The sections of the web pages do not possess landmark roles which allow assistive technology users to orient themselves and navigate easily.
- The title of some pages are not relevant.
- The tab order does not always follow a logical path.
- Some links do not have a sufficiently explicit label allowing users to understand the destination.
- The web pages do not offer two different navigation mechanisms. Only a navigation menu is present.
- The focus indicator is not visible on all focusable elements on the website.
- The focus indicator is completely obscured when it lands on some components on the website.
- Some components possess accessible names which do not match their visible label.
- The language code of some pages has not been properly defined in the HTML code.
- Some links open in new windows, but the user is not informed of this behaviour beforehand.
- The user is not presented with suggestions on how to correct the fields with incorrect input in the contact form.
- Users are not informed of the presence and the opening of modal dialogs.
- Some buttons do not have a relevant accessible name that is rendered by assistive technologies.
- Combobox components have not been properly implemented.
- Some iframe elements do not possess a relevant title.
- Feedback messages are not correctly rendered by screen readers.
