Each of the 120 single bedrooms have been lovingly finished to the highest standard while also encapsulating a sense of warmth and homeliness, all with their own en-suite bathroom facilities.

Tisha
With over eight years of experience in older adult care, Tisha is passionate about delivering compassionate, person-centred, and evidence-based nursing care. As the Director of Nursing at Rathborne Nursing Home, she leads a dedicated team while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Tisha believes that listening, understanding individual needs, and maintaining open communication are at the heart of exceptional care. She works closely with residents, families, and colleagues to continually improve the quality of care and enhance the overall experience within the home.
Her expertise includes gerontological nursing, dementia care, palliative care, chronic disease management, clinical governance, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. She is committed to supporting her team to deliver safe, dignified, and person-centred care in a positive and supportive environment.
Tisha holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Gerontological Nursing, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, postgraduate qualifications in Health and Social Care and Business Management, and is a certified Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor.
Driven by a genuine passion for caring for older people, Tisha is committed to ensuring every resident feels respected, valued, and truly at home. Through compassionate leadership and a commitment to excellence, she strives to make a positive difference in the lives of residents, their families, and the team she leads.
