AnovoCare Nursing Home is a new 5 Star Nursing home, located in a countryside setting, in close proximity to the Swords, Kinsealy, Portmarnock and Malahide areas of North County Dublin. The home has 112 beds all with their own en-suite bathroom facilities. At AnovoCare Nursing Home you’ll find dedicated, experienced staff delivering a range of quality individualised care for residents in a relaxed homely environment.
We offer the highest level of person-centered care to all our Residents, over a 24-hour period, requiring care from minimal support and assistance to maximum Nursing care. AnovoCare Nursing Home has deservedly earned a reputation as being one of the leading nursing homes in North County Dublin.

Director of Nursing
Aiste
Aiste Kutaityte-Maceviciene R.G.N. is the Director of Nursing at AnovoCare Nursing Home, with nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare and over a decade dedicated to older persons’ services. She has progressed through clinical and leadership roles including Healthcare Assistant, Staff Nurse, Clinical Nurse Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Director of Nursing.
Aiste trained in Lithuania, where she obtained both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing, as well as a degree in Public Health Science. In Ireland, she has completed a QQI Level 6 qualification in Management and Leadership in Nursing Homes and recently achieved an MSc in Health Informatics from the University of Limerick.
She has strong expertise in clinical leadership, HIQA compliance, risk management, team development, and person-centred care. Aiste is committed to maintaining high standards of care and ensuring the safety, dignity, and quality of life of residents in line with regulatory requirements.
Activity Coordinator
Amanda
Amanda has worked in AnovoCare since 2016. She has found her niche in Activities. She loves getting to put a smile on our residents faces everyday. She loves connecting with residents forming meaningful bonds bringing immense joy and purpose to both her work and the residents.
