Satisfaction Surveys
We are always looking at ways to enhance our services so we carry out two resident and family satisfaction surveys every year with an external company that allow us to listen to our residents and their families. This way we can learn about any concerns or needs and hear all suggestions.
The resident and family surveys are based on a scale of satisfaction regarding each nursing home overall and probes into all areas including;
- Care quality
- Quality of Life
- Nursing Home Building
- Bedrooms and Outdoor areas
- Catering and Cleanliness
- Laundry services

Our overall satisfaction survey rating across our 12 homes in May 2024 was 97%.
